Administrative Services provides support for all departments in City Hall. This department is responsible for ordering forms and stationary, publicizing special events and recreation activities. The department head also coordinates special projects assigned by the City Manager.

The department produces directories, brochures, handouts, and coordinates the City's contribution to magazines, other media outlets, 2 dozen issues of the Sunny Isles Beach Sun per year, as well as providing up to the minute information on city events for the City's Public Access Cable Channel 77.

The reception area falls under this department and is responsible for providing accurate information to the residents and visitors, and channeling phone calls to the appropriate department.
