How do I find out if all the required inspections have been approved?

To find out if all of the required inspections have been approved please use the Building Department’s Permits Online Center. Here you can request inspections, check on the status of an application and view inspection results.

You can also call the Building Department at 305.792.1735 or stop by the Building Department at the SIB Government Center located at 18070 Collins Avenue, 3rd Floor, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160.

Building Department hours are Mon-Fri, 7:30 am – 5:00 pm. From 7:30 am – 8:30 am, please enter through the parking garage on the 3rd floor.
