City Celebrates the Fall 2004 Soccer Season

The City of Sunny Isles Beach Cultural and Human Services Department celebrated the end of the fall soccer season with the Soccer Awards Ceremony on Thursday, January 6, 2005 at Senator Gwen Margolis Park. Pietro Ricci the coordinator of the fall soccer season led the ceremony with introductions of the sponsors for this season which included: Klassman Realty, King David Condominium, and Dr. Fred Marconi.

Thanks to these generous sponsors the teams wore high quality uniforms. They made them look like professionals as they represented the City of Sunny Isles Beach throughout the county. Thank you to all of our sponsors.

Appreciation is also extended to the coaches of each team. Their time, dedication, and patience are what make for a successful soccer season. They made all the players feel like winners throughout the season regardless of what the score may have been.

Last but not least, we thank the parents. They bring the players to practices and games. They sit on the sidelines and cheer their team. They give support and encouragement that give their children the desire to go out and try their best.

To everyone involved in this season, thank you.
