Catch the Community Shuttle Bus to apply for your homestead exemption

The City of Sunny Isles Beach Community Shuttle Bus will change its route for a couple of days to bring residents to the Northeast Branch of the Miami-Dade County Public Library in Aventura where Miami-Dade's Team Metro will be available to accept homestead exemption applications.

For your convenience, the Community Shuttle Bus will run on the Wednesday / Saturday schedule on Tuesday, January 27, 2004 and Tuesday, February 10, 2004 to bring residents to the library to apply for their homestead exemption. For exact pick up or drop off times, please refer to the schedule or call City Hall at 305-947-0606 for further information.

In addition, forms and information are available at City Hall for applying for a homestead exemption. Team Metro will be available at the library on other dates as well if you have your own transportation. Those dates are as follows: 1/12, 1/13, 1/20, 1/26, 1/27, 2/9, 2/10, and 2/17. They will be there from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on those dates. You may also contact Team Metro at 305-468-5900.
