Dance performances part of city’s 10 th anniversary celebration

As part of the city’s 10 th Year Anniversary Celebration June 14 – 16, 2007, the City of Sunny Isles Beach is bringing the Havazalot-Netanya dance troupe from its sister city, Netanya, Israel. Havazalot-Netanya is scheduled for two performances when they are here.

The dance troupe will perform Saturday, June 16, 2007, 8:30 p.m., at the Samson Oceanfront Park, 17425 Collins Avenue. This scheduled performance is part of the city’s 10 th Anniversary Celebration event that begins at 5:00 p.m. The dance performance will be followed by fireworks on the beach at 9:00 p.m. This event is free to residents.

Havazalot-Netanya is also scheduled to perform on Thursday, June 14, 2007 at 8:00 p.m., at the Marco Polo Ramada Plaza Resort, 19201 Collins Avenue. Tickets, which are free to residents, are required for this performance and available by reservation only on a first-come, first-served basis.
