Mother and Daughter create a "paradise" on
Sunny Isles Beach Boulevard
Lynda Peeler
The mother Farrah hails
from Sweden where she became interested in hair design. She attended a four year
training school where she learned every aspect of hair from texture, color, and
cut for men and women. She also took required courses in design, business, psychology
and etiquette. Study in Asia, London, and then Germany where she gained expertise
in hair color, gave her knowledge she believes prepared her to fulfill her dream.
She experienced success in her shop in Stockholm, Sweden and now this dream has
come to Sunny Isles Beach.
Daughter Azzy, has inherited her mother's artistic desire and has been equally
trained in the same fashion, adding to her talents photography and interior design.
All put together, the talent is not only as master hair designer, Azzy also is
a remarkable wedding specialist in hair, nails and makeup for bride, groom, and
wedding party.
Together, these two talented people created Farazzy Hair and Spa Boutique, a
haven of elegant surroundings and a peaceful atmosphere to relieve the most stressed,
and hard working. There is Mirvet, an aesthetician and massage therapist. There
are spa pedicures, manicures, and if need be, Farrah has been known to do personal
shopping for "the right" frock or tie. Nurturance daily, is fresh fruit as well
as special individual coffee and tea selections, and on Friday and Saturday is
enhanced by the light lunch fair of salad and fruit. Caring for the total person
is a goal.
To celebrate their first anniversary Azzy and Farrah are sponsoring "Locks of
Love", a charitable organization that helps children who have lost their hair
through chemotherapy or alopecia and cannot afford a wig. The organization finds
ways to reward people who are willing to donate ten inches of hair to make a
wig for these children. Farazzy will be offering free hair design and cut, and
spa services for the generous contributors of ten inches of hair. A silent auction
will highlight Swimming with the Dolphins, Sky-Dive Miami for two, Dog Grooming
and many more. This is just one of their many efforts to extend into the community.
Farazzy Hair and Spa Boutique is unique as its international flair owners. They
are multilingual speaking English, Spanish, French, Farsi, Norwegian, and Danish.
The ambiance is gentle and nurturing, the talent is caring and sincere, as one
client put it, "You should change your name to Farazzy Paradise"; one of the
evidences that they love their work.
