We are happy to announce that there has been a good response from applicants and we have an opening for one more position in the Community Activities and Health Committee. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in your City and the activities that are provided.

This Committee meets monthly to plan events for the entire community. Exciting events sponsored by the Committee thus far include; Dance contests, a Multicultural Festival, and a Talent show. Members are currently working on a Country/Western Night and then turning their focus to health related issues.

Don’t less this occasion to be creative, meet with like-minded interested residents, and have input in future programs pass you by. Call the Office of the City Clerk at 305.792.1703 or come by the Government Center to get an application. I look forward to working with you to bring innovative programs to our community.
