Strict Enforcement of City-Owned
Rights-of-Way in Golden Shores to Begin August 15

The City of Sunny Isles Beach Ordinance 2003-177 establishes a Parking Authority,
and outlines parking regulations for all City-owned and maintained streets.
As per these regulations, parking is not permitted on the rights-of-way on either
side of the streets in Golden Shores as detailed in the table below.

City Parking Enforcement Specialists will continue to issue warnings for cars
illegally parked along the above mentioned areas until August 15, 2004
when strict enforcement will begin and parking tickets issued.
The Code Enforcement and Licensing Department is responsible for parking enforcement
in coordination with the Sunny Isles Beach Police Department. Both departments
enforce parking regulations throughout the City.
