Linda S. Weitz and Alan R. Stone; A Working Professional Partnership

Linda S. Weitz

Brooklyn born, and longtime Florida resident, Linda Weitz is a multi-faceted person. She began her career in financial planning where she spent 22 years on Wall Street. Moving south in 1989, she worked for the Florida branch of Gruntal, her New York employer. Over the next few years she completed a Bachelors degree at Nova University and worked for Prudential Securities and later for Payne Webber. Her experience clarified her purpose of helping families build, protect and transfer wealth from one generation to the next. This she accomplishes through prudent investment strategies and estate planning techniques. Linda is presently working for Lebenthal as a Certified Financial Planner, and Vice President - Investments. She is certified in insurance and annuities, and she carries NASD registration in securities. Her clientele is from Aventura and Sunny Isles Beach, as well as worldwide.

All this is accomplished as Mom to three children, a daughter now 17, and two boys, 15 and 8. She is working on her Master's degree in Business at Nova University.

With all of this going on she occasionally has time to rollerblade, ice skate and bike.

Alan R. Stone

A native Floridian, Alan Stone graduated from North Miami Beach Senior High

School. He is also graduate of the University of Florida, obtaining his under graduate degree in journalism. Next came Law School at Nova University. Alan practiced Law till the late 80's when he decided to change careers and did so with confidence in his skills and abilities. He had the privilege of working with his father, Bill Stone, at Prudential Securities. He obtained various registrations with NASD. He has always been aware of the importance of the personal touch. This entails face to face meetings with his clients on a regular basis, and always being available to them. Alan presently works for Lebenthal in Aventura as First Vice President - Investments. His clients are from the Sunny Isles Beach and Aventura area, and he has opened accounts with people overseas.

Alan maintains his Florida Bar License and is active in the Dade County Bar Association. He is a member of the Aventura Marketing Council and Concerned Citizens of Northeast Dade. His travel on weekends and international travel has brought him to many cultures from which he says he always has a renewed appreciation of home. At home, he enjoys sports, golf, and biking
