City of Sunny Isles Beach Notice of Public Hearing Comprehensive Plan Evaluation and Appraisal Report (EAR)

The City of Sunny Isles Beach proposes to adopt and transmit the final EAR to the Florida Department of Community Affairs, pursuant to the requirements of Chapter 163.3191, Florida Statutes. The EAR is an assessment and evaluation of the City’s adopted Comprehensive Plan.

The CITY COMMISSION also sitting as the Local Planning Agency (“LPA”) will hold a Public Hearing on
Thursday, September 22, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall, 18070 Collins Avenue
