Booogie by the Beach 2005

Our annual Halloween event is around the corner and we invite everyone to come out and join us for a weekend of fun and games. On Friday, October 28th and Saturday, October 29th, from 7:00 – 10:00 PM, the city will hold its’ annual Booogie by the Beach 2005 at the parking lot of the Sunny Isles Beach Government Center (18070 Collins Avenue). We will have our 4th annual Haunted House, which will be larger and more elaborate than ever before!

There will be rides, games, music, and even a costume contest on the 29th! We will have a mini pumpkin patch where kids can pick their favorite pumpkin and paint Halloween faces on them. Sunny Isles Beach Police Department will host a booth with information and giveaways for Red Ribbon Week! They will also have a dunk tank where guests can try their hand at dunking police officers, and the proceeds will be donated to the American Red Cross for the Hurricane Katrina Relief Effort. Entrance to the event is free, but there will be a minimal cost for entrance into the Haunted House!

The Sunny Isles Beach Shuttle Service will be running on a special events schedule during event hours. There will be parking available in the government center-parking garage, in parking meters along Atlantic Boulevard, and also at the lot on 181st Drive and North Bay Road.
