Continuing education is an integral part of the developmental process within the Police Department. Everyone benefits from the success achieved when one of our officers or civilians accomplish that dream of receiving that college degree. Some are fortunate to do it the traditional way of right after high school. Others, for varying reasons, get side tracked and it may take years to come back to. The fact is the accomplishment is still a great event to be celebrated.

Recently, “3” more members of the Sunny Isles Beach Police Department were awarded their Bachelor of Arts degree from Union University while maintaining their full time jobs at the Police Department.
