City welcomes great-granddaughter of Sunny Isles creator Harvey Baker Graves

Tuesday, November 28th, welcoming the great-granddaughter of the creator of Sunny Isles Harvey Baker Graves to our city are: Mayor Norman S. Edelcup and City Manager John Szerlag.
