I am happy to report that the search for a new City Manager is almost completed. We are meeting with the candidates that the Search Committee has selected as the best for Sunny Isles Beach. We expect that the completed process will be done by the end of year.

The sales office of Trump 1, 2 & 3 was opened in a truly “grand” style. A huge tent was erected on the beach where the building will be. There was food, entertainment and even “the Donald’ himself. It was announced that all three buildings were almost sold out for a total of over one billion dollars. Yes, that is right- $1,000,000,000.00.
The holiday season has been officially opened with the lights being turned on in Samson Park. There were rides for the children, as well as entertainment. Of course, Santa himself appeared and helped usher in the festivities for all to enjoy.
