4th of July in Sunny Isles Beach is More Exciting then Ever

By Anna Levin, Events Coordinator

As Americans throughout the United States assembled in big cities and small towns alike to commemorate the day honoring our freedom and independence, locals came together to join in the first Sunny Isles Beach Fourth of July celebration. This year, residents enjoyed a memorable holiday dinner cruise aboard the Sir Winston Yacht. It was a casual, fun and unique alternative to traditional venues for families and friends to celebrate the occasion. “It means celebrating not only our country and celebrating our city, but celebrating our family, friends, and how much we are prospering as a community,” said Susan Simpson, Director of Cultural and Human Services Department. The dinner cruise served up an All American Barbeque dinner, breathtaking views of the Sunny Isles Beach skyline and prime viewing of fireworks from the surrounding cities.

The city of Sunny Isles Beach is excited to host private cruises aboard the Sir Winston Luxury Yacht for residents and guests. For more information about future events please contact, Cultural & Human Services Department of the City of Sunny Isles Beach at 305.792.1706.
