For information about South Florida attractions, come to the Sunny Isles Beach Visitor Center located in the Sunny Isles Beach Government Center, 18070 Collins Avenue.
While there, pick up some souvenirs like beach towels, beach balls, shirts, caps, key chains and magnets.
Also available are posters, note cards and Sunny Isles Beach post cards by local artist, Bonnie Bennett. First-class stamps with the city seal by another local artist, resident Charles Wachsberg, are also available for purchase.
Photos featured in the Visitor Center, and on posters and post cards, are by resident Peter Gardner.
If you are interested in the history of ‘motel row,’ stop by to view a history video and pick up a copy of “From Sandbar to Sophistication: The Story of Sunny Isles Beach” by local historian/author, Seth Bramson. Key chains and magnets of nostalgic motels might be just the souvenirs for you.
