The Mayor and the Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach declared Sunday, September 27, 2009 as “Carrie Scriffignano Day” in recognition of her 100th Birthday. Carrie is the mother of Honey Scriff. Both are active, longtime residents of the City serving on committees and participating in community events.
