Flu safety tips:

• Cover your mouth with a tissue when you sneeze or cough
• Throw the tissue away in the trash
• Cough into your elbow, not across the room
• Keep your fingers away from your nose and mouth
• Wash hands frequently, including your fingertips and nails.
• If you get sick stay home until you have been free from fever for 24 hours
