The City of Sunny Isles Beach is now offering for purchase, resident monthly parking passes to be used in the metered parking areas at Municipal Parking Lot P4 located South of 175th Street behind the Walgreens store as well as Municipal Parking Lot P2 located West of Collins Avenue under the William Lehman Causeway.

PURCHASING PARKING PERMITS
These Parking Permits are available for purchase at:
                  Community Development Department (3rd Floor)
                  Sunny Isles Beach Government Center
                  18070 Collins Avenue
                  Sunny Isles Beach, FL   33160
These passes may be purchased Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

RESIDENT PARKING PERMIT COSTS
Resident parking decals are $50.00 per month or $600 per fiscal year. Residents may purchase a decal on a monthly basis or for the entire fiscal year (October 1 – September 30). Whether purchasing the monthly or yearly version, there is a one-time $10 application fee per fiscal year.

PARKING PERMIT APPLICATIONS ONLINE
Applications for both the resident parking permit and the resident commercial/recreational equipment parking permit are available on the City’s official website at www.sibfl.net. On the left side of the home page, under Business, click on Code Enforcement.   Links to both parking applications are there.

PARKING 24-HOURS/DAY
With this Permit, parking is allowed in the above referenced designated parking areas twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
