‘Summer Blockbusters’

When it’s this hot in the city, one of the coolest places to be is at the movies! So grab a good seat, munch on some popcorn and turn off your cell phones because these “summer blockbusters” just may be coming to a theater near you!

‘Toy Story’
Just look in any parking spot around town and odds are you’ll see not just one, two or three – but lot of very expensive sports cars with “all the toys” proving progress in Sunny Isles Beach has buzzed light years ahead of schedule, earning the city the well-deserved moniker “Florida’s Riviera.”

‘Knight and Day’
Even the new Tom Cruise movie doesn’t hold a candle to all the action-packed initiatives creating “night and day” differences around Sunny Isles Beach. Thanks to major capital improvement and beautification projects, thrilling results are keeping everyone on the edge of their seats to see what great things will happen next!    

‘Karate Kid’
When it comes to kids in Sunny Isles Beach, their greatest talent is defending a winning record for scoring high on the FCAT test. Third graders at the K-8 Community School are doing so well in reading and math, they just may all skip grades and be eligible to apply for the city’s newly established College Scholarship Program by next year!  

‘The Twilight Saga – Eclipse’
You won’t see any vampires or werewolves around Sunny Isles Beach unless it’s time for annual Halloween festivities – but the “monster success” of the city is definitely making international headlines…And when it comes to ongoing improvements, more and more new residents keep moving in to  appreciate one great sequel after the next!

‘Shrek Forever After’
Anyone who doesn’t already live in Sunny Isles Beach is certainly turning Shrek-like “green with envy.” After all, who wouldn’t want to live happily “forever after” in the city offering the best combination of luxury and lifestyle – right on the beach surrounded by lots of green open space!
