To get your FREE Resident ID Card and begin enjoying the benefits which living in our City can bring, visit one of our two convenient Resident ID Card locations. IMPORTANT Proof of Residency: Bring your Florida ID and a utility bill with your name and address or a copy of your lease.

Resident IDs are processed at the SIB Visitor Center on the ground floor of the Government Center (18070 Collins Avenue) between 10am and 4pm Monday to Saturday. Or seven days a week you may visit Pelican Community Park (18115 North Bay Road) between the hours of 8:30am and 9:00pm, Monday – Saturday and Sundays 8:30am – 5:00pm to get your card.
