elected as Vice-Chair
On January 22, 2004 Commissioner Danny Iglesias was elected as the Vice-Chairman
on the Board of Trustees at Aventura Hospital.

of compromise' highlights Town Center workshops
Describing the formulation of
zoning regulations for the Town Center district in Sunny Isles Beach
as a "process of compromise," Mayor Norman Edelcup along with
fellow Commission members approved a Town Center ordinance on first reading

to Benefit From County Bond Program
The quality of life issues contemplated in the new bond issue
are many and would directly benefit the citizens of Sunny Isles Beach.
Part of the process at these hearings is for citizens and governments

Help Available Through AARP
For the third consecutive year
Judge Manuel Ramos (RET.) has been appointed as the local coordinator
of the AARP tax aid program, a free service available to senior citizens
