Here are the 2012 Photo Contest Winners of City scenes. This year contestants submitted more than 300 photographs. Many local residents entered the contest as well as visitors from France, Germany and New York. Winning images are featured in the City’s Annual Desktop Calendar that is available on a first-come basis at the Sunny Isles Beach Government Center, 18070 Collins Avenue.
