FOR WIRELESS BROADBAND TELECOMMUNICATIONS INFRASTRUCTURE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH is seeking sealed bids for the following a Wireless Island: Solution Strategy and Design for Wireless Broadband Telecommunications Infrastructure.

Sealed bids will be received by the City Clerk until 10:00 a.m., on Thursday, June 22, 2006 at the Sunny Isles Beach Government Center located at 18070 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, 33160. Each bidder must submit one original and five (5) copies of the complete bid package. Each proposal submitted must have clearly marked on the face of the envelope:

Opening Date and Time: Thursday, June 22, 2006 at 10:00 a.m.

Bids submitted will be opened publicly and read aloud at this time. Faxed or e-mailed bids will not be accepted. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened.

A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting for all potential Bidders is set for Tuesday, May 30, 2006, at 10:00 a.m., at the City of Sunny Isles Beach Government Center, 18070 Collins Avenue, 1st Floor Meeting Room, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida 33160.

Bidders may obtain complete sets of Bidding Documents from the Office of the City Clerk, City of Sunny Isles Beach, 18070 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, 33160 or from the City of Sunny Isles Beach website - www.sibfl.net.

The City of Sunny Isles Beach reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, with or without cause, to waive technical errors and informalities, and to accept the Bid, which best serves the interest of the City of Sunny Isles Beach.
