SIB TV, Cable Channel 77

The City of Sunny Isles Beach operates SIB TV 24-hours a day, 7-days a week for the purpose of informing City residents and visitors about municipal services. The City operates Cable Channel 77, a government access channel, as provided for under the cable franchise agreement with the licensed franchisee serving the City of Sunny Isles Beach.

Programming
On SIB TV Channel 77 you will find the following programming:

• Tape-delayed cablecasts of monthly City Commission Meetings, City Commission Workshops and Community Informational Meetings.
• Videos on topics such as: traffic safety, jay walking, beach flag warning system, hurricane preparedness, the City & Commission, Community Shuttle, hours of operations, promotions for various recreational programs and events.

Much of the air time is filled with information presented in a bulletin board format listing: calendar of events & meetings, Commission Meeting agendas, Commission Meeting results, upcoming cultural events, beach access and park locations, building location and hours of operations, Community Shuttle pick up locations, library programming, traffic alerts & lane closures, etc.
