The Pelican Community Park Playground will be closed all day on Saturday, April 20 for maintenance
The Senator Gwen Margolis Park Soccer Field will be closed for renovations until further notice.
The Government Center entrance from Collins Avenue will be closed starting Monday, April 15 until further notice.
The historic interior bridge in Atlantic Isle will be closed for restoration work on Friday, April 12 from 8 AM – 4 PM.
The Newport Fishing Pier and Pier Parking lot will be closed until 2 PM on Sunday, April 14 for Casting with a Cop event. The Pier Parking lot will be closed starting Saturday, April 13 at 11 PM.

Youth Basketball League

Location: Pelican Community Park Gymnasium, 18115 North Bay Road, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160

Description: This recreational basketball league for youth plays league games and is open to ages 8-14. There is an advanced league, as well as one for all skill levels. The league plays regularly scheduled games at Pelican Community Park as well as travels to other venues.
