NEW LOCATION – HERITAGE PARK, 19200 COLLINS AVENUE

Booogie by the Beach is back! Join us for a scary good time on Saturday, October 30 from 7 – 10 pm at Heritage Park, 19200 Collins Avenue.

Take a walk through the Haunted Trail for lots of frights and fun. Enjoy carnival-style games, rides, a photo booth, and other attractions for the whole family. Think you’re the spookiest witch out there? Enter our costume contest and you could win prizes and potions. Food will be available for purchase to satisfy the hungriest of werewolves.

Event is only open to SIB residents with a valid City-issued Resident ID Card. Wristband is REQUIRED for admission to the event and costs $10 per person, with the exception of children 4 and under, which are FREE. Everyone must have a wristband to enter the park. Wristband allows unlimited rides, games, entertainment, and ONE trip through the Haunted Trail. Any additional trips through the Haunted Trail will be dependent on availability, and will cost an additional $1 per trip.

Wristbands will not be sold on site. After purchasing your wristband online, wristbands and Haunted Trail tickets will be available for pick-up at Pelican Community Park beginning Wednesday, October 26 at 8:30 am through Saturday, October 30 at 5 pm. After that, wristband redemption will ONLY be available at the event (Heritage Park).

Costume Contest

Costume Contest winners will be chosen for the following categories and age groups:

Age Groups
Tots (5 years & younger)
Youth (6 – 12 years old)
Teen (13 – 17 years old)
Adult (18+ years)

Each group is awarded 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes along with one winner for Overall Scariest, Most Original & Best Group.

Attendees who are interested in registering for the costume contest have until 9 pm to register on site. Winners will be announced from the stage at 9:30 pm.

The City of Sunny Isles Beach reserves the right to deem any costume inappropriate or offensive, which will disqualify the participants from the contest.

Parking is available under the William Lehman Causeway only. No event parking will be available in the Heritage Park garage. The SIBshuttle provides free transportation within city limits.

Facial coverings are recommended.
