LANE CLOSURE: 300 Kings Point Dr. Westbound on March 20-24 from 8AM to 4PM
The playground at Pelican Community Park will be closed Monday, March 20 – Friday, March 24, for the installation of new playground equipment.

City Advisory Committee Meeting: “What You Should Know About Condo Living”

On October 29, 2014 the Sunny Isles Beach City Advisory Committee held a workshop regarding condo living. Many of our residents’ questions were answered at this workshop. This workshop was recorded so that information may be distributed to all those who were not able to attend.

The below video will air on Sunny Isles Beach Atlantic Broadband Cable Access Channel 77, Sundays and Thursdays at 12:00 noon, and Wednesday evening at 8:00 p.m., now through the end of December, after which, this video will be available on our Vimeo Channel only.
