No. The City Attorney’s Office represents and advises the Sunny Isles Beach City Commission, the City Manager, and City staff and departments. If you need legal advice, please contact a private attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, please contact Legal Aid Society of the Dade County Bar Association at 305-579-5733.

The City Attorney’s Office cannot recommend a lawyer or give a citizen legal advice. For referrals, you can contact the Lawyer Referral Service sponsored by the Florida Bar at 1-800-342-8011 or visit them online.
