The Pelican Community Park Playground will be closed all day on Saturday, April 20 for maintenance
The Senator Gwen Margolis Park Soccer Field will be closed for renovations until further notice.
The Government Center entrance from Collins Avenue will be closed starting Monday, April 15 until further notice.
The historic interior bridge in Atlantic Isle will be closed for restoration work on Friday, April 12 from 8 AM – 4 PM.
The Newport Fishing Pier and Pier Parking lot will be closed until 2 PM on Sunday, April 14 for Casting with a Cop event. The Pier Parking lot will be closed starting Saturday, April 13 at 11 PM.

Where are the public beach access points?

While redeveloping the city, elected officials worked with developers to ensure beach access to all residents. The result is that there are 22 beach access locations in Sunny Isles Beach. Click here for a list of the beach access locations.
