The City of Sunny Isles Beach has added a new service that allows you to search and request public records online through the City Clerk’s office. Visit sibfl.net/publicrecords to search public records and official documents, or enter a request to obtain public records from the clerk’s office.
The City Clerk’s office processes all requests to view and/or obtain copies of Public Records in accordance with State law. The clerk’s office has a “reasonable time” period to provide the information; records are not usually available immediately.
The requestor must pay for copies. A deposit may be required. If a public records request is voluminous and requires extensive City staff time, the City may charge, in addition to the copy charges, a special service charge for the labor cost of the City staff.
In addition to using our online search and request service, you may also request public records in person, via fax, phone, or email or mail. Please download a copy of this Public Records Request Form and turn it in via one of the below channels:
