The City operates SIBTV, a government access channel as provided for under the cable franchise agreement with the licensed franchisees serving the City of Sunny Isles Beach.

Much of the airtime is filled with information presented in a bulletin board format listing: calendar of events & meetings, commission meeting agendas, commission meeting results, upcoming cultural events, beach access and park locations, building location and hours of operations, SIBshuttle pick up locations, library programming, traffic alerts & lane closures, etc.
Monthly commission meetings, which take place every third Thursday of the month at 6:30 pm are broadcast live, as well as re-broadcast the following Monday at 7 pm and the second Saturday after each commission meeting at 5 pm.
