Cultural & Community Services

The Cultural & Community Services Department was created to enhance the community of Sunny Isles Beach by providing quality and diverse programs, attractive and functional parks, and customer service responsive to the needs of the community in an effort to increase social interaction and community pride.

This department organizes and monitors cultural trips throughout the South Florida area, plans Youth and Adult Programs, manages the community shuttle bus service, and assists in the grant process when it relates to parks or programming. In addition, this department is the city liaison to Miami-Dade County’s Film Office for the purpose of promoting film production in Sunny Isles Beach and facilitating the permit process.
