24th Anniversary Celebration at Gateway Center

Celebrate Sunny Isles Beach’s 24th Anniversary in style this summer. Be the first to tour Gateway Center, the City’s new state-of-the-art recreation and rental facility. Afterward, enjoy live music, activities, and food trucks on the Gateway Park lawn.

Gateway Center Reveal
A facility like no other in Sunny Isles Beach, Gateway Center is complete and we want everyone to know! Tours will run from 4 – 9 pm where you’ll be introduced to our new state-of-the-art recreation and rental center. Take a look inside the fitness room and catering kitchen, and even participate in some fitness and cooking demonstrations. Walk through Social Alley, the ballroom, and classrooms, and experience the next generation of recreation and community gathering.
In addition, Perkins & Will, the architects who designed Gateway Center, will showcase the journey it took to create the world-class structure. Guests will receive a free gift following the tour.
Concert
From 5-10 pm, enjoy live music and entertainment, special presentations, and food from a few of our local food & dessert trucks.
Free parking is available at the Gateway Park garage. The SIBshuttle offers free transportation within City limits.
Registration
Registration is available online for the Gateway Center Reveal & Concert. The Gateway Center Reveal is open to residents with a valid City-issued Sunny Isles Beach Resident ID Card and your reservation allows for up to 3 additional guests. An additional reservation is needed for any parties larger than 4.
Registration for the concert is free for residents with a valid City-issued SIB Resident ID Card and $5 for everyone else. Pre-registered attendees will receive a free treat with their ticket.
