Evaluation Committee Meeting for Letters of Interest for Cafe Design Build, Lease and Operations

The public is invited to Presentations followed by an Evaluation Committee Meeting for Letters of Interest #24-03-01 Cafe Design Build, Lease and Operations at 18050 Collins Ave. on Tuesday, April 9 at 2:00 PM at the City of Sunny Isles Beach Government Building Fourth Floor Conference Room, 18070 Collins Ave.

In accordance with Section 286.0113 of the Florida Statutes, presentations during Evaluation Committee Meetings are closed. Only the Evaluation Committee members, City staff and the vendor and their team will be present in the Meeting Room during the presentation and subsequent question and answer period. Following the presentations, the discussion portion of the meeting is open to the Public.
