Multi-Agency Shred-a-Thon & DEA Prescription Drug Takeback

Multiple local police agencies, including the Sunny Isles Beach Police Department, are teaming up once again to hold a Shred-A-Thon and Prescription Drug Takeback event on Saturday, October 24, 2020 from 10 am – 2 pm.

Drop off your sensitive documents for safe shredding or turn in your expired or unused medications for safe disposal.

Face coverings and social distancing required. ID showing you are from a participating municipality will be required.

Participating municipalities include: Sunny Isles Beach, Aventura, North Miami, Bay Harbor Islands and Surfside

There is a 3 box limit at the Shred-A-Thon. Residents only. No business shredding. No CDs, DVDs, binders, x-rays or plastic will be accepted. No needles accepted at the Drug Takeback.
