Public Comments

The public may submit their comments or questions in-person during the meeting or by submitting a public comment card online prior to the start of the meeting. All comments and questions will be read and addressed into the record at the meeting. You should receive an email confirming your comments have been received. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of completing your comment submission form, please call 305.792.1703. If submitting a public comment card online, it must be received prior to the commencement of the meeting at 6:30 pm. Once the meeting has started, you can speak on an item by joining Zoom and using the “raise hand” feature.
