Special Magistrate Hearing

There will be a Special Magistrate Hearing held virtually and in-person on Thursday, October 29 at 10:00 am. The public may participate virtually through Zoom video conferencing.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the virtual portion of the meeting will be held on the Zoom platform used by the City Clerk.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Florida State Governor Ron DeSantis issued Executive Order No. 20-69 suspending the requirements of Section 112.286, F.S. to have a local government body meet at a specific location and that a quorum be physically present. The Executive Order further allows local government entities to utilize communications media technology, such as telephonic and video conferencing, for local government body meetings.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, all persons who are disabled and who need special accommodations to participate in any meeting because of that disability should contact the Office of the City Clerk at 305.792.1703 no later than 48 hours prior to the proceeding.
