Virtual Town Hall: Town Center North District

There will be a virtual town hall meeting on Wednesday, October 14 at 6 pm to provide an additional opportunity for the community to participate and share their thoughts on the future of the Town Center North Overlay (TCNO).
Throughout 2020, the City has been conducting public outreach to let the community share its vision for the Town Center North District. The City’s consultant has now presented four strategy options that would provide the pathway for restructuring the policies and regulatory framework of the Town Center North Overlay. During the town hall meeting, we are inviting the community to vote on the strategy option that they think will be the best pathway for our city and community. Your input is imperative and will be considered in the preparation of the final report that will be presented to the City Commission for a final vote on the next steps toward re-envisioning the Town Center North Overlay.
