Once again the City of Sunny Isles Beach held their annual photo contest, asking residents and visitors to submit their beautiful shots from around the city. Again this year, we had wonderfully talented submissions to choose from. The winners’ photos have been used for the 2017 Sunny Isles Beach desktop calendars. Calendars are available to pick up at the Sunny Isles Beach Government Center and are FREE.

- The Senator Gwen Margolis Park Soccer Field will be closed for renovations until further notice.
- The Government Center entrance from Collins Avenue will be closed starting Monday, April 15 until further notice.
- The historic interior bridge in Atlantic Isle will be closed for restoration work on Friday, April 12 from 8 AM – 4 PM.
- The Newport Fishing Pier and Pier Parking lot will be closed until 2 PM on Sunday, April 14 for Casting with a Cop event. The Pier Parking lot will be closed starting Saturday, April 13 at 11 PM.
