Cultural Trip: Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden

Spend the afternoon at one of the premier conservation and education-based gardens in the world. Through a walking and tram tour of the 83-acre botanic garden, you will experience an extensive collection of rare tropical plants, cycads, flowering trees and vines. In addition to the over 12,000 unique plants and flowers, the garden also features a one of a kind sculpture garden, the Wings of Tropics butterfly and hummingbird exhibit, and many other habitats.
Tickets are $35; $30 with a valid City-issued SIB Resident ID Card. Tickets can be purchased at the Sunny Isles Beach Government Center or Pelican Community Park.
The bus departs the Sunny Isles Beach Government Center at 10:45 am. The bus returns at approximately 4:45 pm. Heavy walking is required.
