Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting With Site Visit : RFP 24-02-01 Concessionaire Management Services at Gateway Center & Welcome Center

A mandatory pre-proposal meeting for all potential firms is scheduled for February 29, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Gateway Center, 151 Sunny Isles Beach Blvd. Proposals will not be accepted from firms who did not attend the Pre-Proposal conference. Interested firms MUST participate in the mandatory site-visit of the facility, please allow 1-2 hours for this meeting.
