Driver's License Registration worker helps a customer at the Mini-FLOW event offered at the Sunny Isles Beach Government Center.

NEW LOCATION! – Mini-FLOW has a new location and time. Mini-FLOW has moved to Pelican Community Park and services will now be offered from 9:30 am – 1:30 pm.

Take advantage of this convenient method to renew a driver license, obtain a replacement driver license, change a name or address on a driver license, get an identification card, renew a vehicle registration and purchase a specialty license plate.

Due to the high demand for Mini-FLOW (Florida Licensing on Wheels) services, ticket numbers will be issued to customers in the order they arrive. A maximum of 30 tickets will be distributed or until 12:30 pm, whichever comes first. The service will do its best to process everyone who receives a ticket number, however, we cannot guarantee everyone service as the allotted time frame is limited, and malfunctions with the equipment could happen.
